The role manages an average workload of 50–300 purchase orders daily, oversees 50+ vendor-related communications per day, and proactively resolves shortages, backorders, pricing discrepancies, and open purchase order issues to maintain operational continuity. This position serves as a critical liaison between operating departments, suppliers, warehouse operations, sourcing, receiving, and finance to ensure uninterrupted service levels across hotel, food & beverage, casino, retail, entertainment, and support operations.
