Employees must lift at least 50 lbs, perform overhead work for extended periods, climb and carry ladders up to 12 ft, navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts. Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces), wear full PPE, have good vision and hearing (normal or corrected), and accurately identify colors.
