This incumbent serves as a subject matter expert, partnering with the Corporate S&E representative to plan and execute at the plant level, the successful implementation of risk-based prevention programs in the following areas: health, safety, and environmental in order to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries. Functions in a leadership role providing support for: agency interactions, enforcement actions; permitting applications, reports, issues and negotiations; S&E technical, engineering, and science support; assessment and control of S&E issues arising from operational processes, equipment, or materials.
