What youll be doing: <ul><li> Packaging finished lip care products accurately and efficiently </li><li> Labeling, boxing, and preparing products for shipment </li><li> Following quality, safety, and cleanliness standards </li><li> Working as part of a steady, team-oriented production environment </li><li> Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks </li></ul> What theyre looking for: <ul><li> Good attendance and reliability (this matters most) </li><li> Ability to work at a consistent pace with attention to detail </li><li> Manufacturing or packaging experience is helpful, but not required </li><li>Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work

We are seeking a Packaging Operator to oversee the packaging of dried food products, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards. <ul><li>Operate and monitor packaging equipment, perform sanitation, and inspect product quality.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and communicate with management about process variations.</li><li>Support cross-departmental work and training, including operating forklifts.</li><li>Follow safety protocols, document records accurately, and participate in sanitation routines.</li><li>Work on a 6 PM - 6 AM rotational schedule and adapt to operational needs.</li><li>Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, teamwork skills, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and forklift certification.
