We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated R&D Hardware Design Manager to lead our ASIC Packaging, Subsystem, and Integration team. In this role, you will lead the design and integration of high-performance integrated circuit packaging and subsystem solutions for the world’s highest performance test and measurement products including Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Bit-Error Rate Testers, and Frequency-Domain Instruments.This position is located in our office in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the base of Pikes Peak. Responsibilities:
You’ll collaborate across global teams to design, optimize, and implement ASIC packaging and subsystem solutions that meet test & measurement product functionality, performance, quality and schedule requirements. This role is part of Keysight Laboratories, a world-renowned technology organization which enables Keysight to be first to market with breakthrough products and solutions. Key Responsibilities include: <ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Management of ASIC Package/Subsystem development and system integration including package design and layout, PCB implementation, RF and high-speed digital design, signal integrity modeling, power integrity analysis, and thermostructural analysis</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Close collaboration with system, IC design and test teams to drive hardware architecture, requirements, functionality, and performance</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Identification of appropriate technology solutions for each chip design</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Delivery of electrical models to optimize the IC, package, and system interconnect performance</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Support for instrument development to enable hardware deployment and integration of critical ASIC blocks</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Investigation of next generation technologies and industry solutions</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Collaboration with supply chain partners throughout the ASIC development cycle</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Work closely with internal and external manufacturing partners to identify, develop, deploy, and execute new processes</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Partner with the reliability team in the characterization and qualification of each ASIC</li></ul>

Qualifications:
This is a key role requiring a combination of technical and managerial skills. <ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">BS or MS degree in a relevant Engineering discipline</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Minimum 8+ years of experience in hardware/circuit design, RF/microwave design, high-frequency modeling/optimization, or high-power density design</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Minimum 5 years of experience managing/leading multi-disciplinary development teams</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Proven experience with semiconductor, packaging, and printed circuit board technologies, associated materials, manufacturing processes, and design methodologies.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Excellent understanding of Electrical Engineering principles, RF/Microwave theory, and high frequency circuit design methodologies.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and thermostructural analysis principles.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Excellent understanding of materials science principles.</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in;font-family:'verdana' , 'geneva' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Familiarity with IC design methodologies, processes, and workflows preferred. </li></ul><div><div>Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO   This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Job Description Pay Range DOE: $20.00 Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30AM-3:30PM (position starts in Jan 2026) JOB SUMMARY: A Shipping Clerk Lead (Metal Manufacturing) leverages strong computer proficiency to oversee and coordinate all outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across ERP and warehouse management systems. This role leads the verification of production orders, monitors inventory transactions, and ensures compliance with job specifications. The Lead directs packaging and labeling processes for metal products, reviews and approves shipping documentation, and manages carrier coordination through digital platforms to ensure timely, accurate, and traceable deliveries while supporting team performance and workflow optimization. Job Duties: <ul><li>Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure all outbound orders are processed accurately and on schedule. </li><li>Lead and train shipping staff, assign workloads, and monitor productivity and quality of work. </li><li>Utilize ERP/WMS systems to verify work orders, manage inventory transactions, and ensure accurate shipment records. </li><li>Review and approve shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier manifests. </li><li>Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment according to company and carrier guidelines. </li><li>Verify outgoing shipments using packing lists and shipping software. </li><li>Print shipping labels with correct addresses and tracking information. </li><li>Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange pick-ups and deliveries. </li><li>Inspect outgoing goods for damage or missing items. </li><li>Maintain accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing shipments. </li><li>Update inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits. </li><li>Use computer systems and software to record order details and update shipment statuses. </li><li>Compile and prepare shipping and receiving reports for management. </li><li>Receive, inspect, and register incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damage. </li><li>Distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct departments. </li><li>Keep the warehouse and stockroom clean, organized, and properly cataloged. </li><li>Monitor and replenish supplies as needed. </li><li>Communicate with other departments, such as customer service and warehouse staff, to resolve issues. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any shipping or inventory issues that arise. </li><li>Load and unload shipments from trucks. </li><li>Operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks if required. </li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
