As a Packaging Machine Operator, you’ll take ownership of our wrapping equipment, ensuring products are packaged safely, consistently, and on time.

This role is key in keeping our production line running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do: As a Packaging Machine Operator, you’ll take ownership of our wrapping equipment, ensuring products are packaged safely, consistently, and on time. Daily tasks include: <ul><li>Setting up and changing over the machine for different products, packaging, and films </li><li>Loading rolls of wrap/film as needed </li><li>Troubleshooting and fixing issues to minimize downtime </li><li>Monitoring labels, lot codes, and best-by dates for accuracy using the Packaging Checklist </li><li>Labeling and boxing finished product in the correct configurations </li><li>Breaking down and cleaning machine parts between flavor changes </li><li>Performing routine cleaning: blowing off crumbs, sweeping, sanitizing work areas, and washing equipment/floors </li></ul>What We’re Looking For: <ul><li>Mechanical aptitude—experience with machinery, troubleshooting, or basic repairs preferred </li><li>Strong attention to detail for labeling, coding, and packaging accuracy </li><li>Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Willingness to cross-train and support the team as needed </li></ul>Schedule: <ul><li>Afternoon/Evening shift.  Shift can be discussed. Mon-Fri </li><li>Full-time or part-time hours available. Description SynQor is seeking a First Shift or Swing Shift Shipping Associate to join our Order Fulfillment Process. A successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Shipping/Receiving/Warehousing experience is a plus, but not required to be successful in this role. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ship Outbound Materials<ul><li>Transfer materials from manufacturing into Finished Goods.</li><li>Pull materials to meet pick slip requirements and deliver to shipper</li><li>Assist in packaging, labeling, and scanning product for shipment</li><li>Executes Oracle/STS transactions</li><li>Other tasks as required or assigned</li></ul></li><li>Finished Goods Inventory<ul><li>Receive materials from Manufacturing</li><li>Issue materials into Finished Goods warehouse</li><li>Assist in cycle counts in finished goods</li><li>Perform Oracle/STS transactions</li></ul></li><li>Receive Inbound Materials<ul><li>Receive materials from Purchase Orders</li><li>Load and unload freight</li><li>Deliver materials to requisitioning department(s)</li><li>Perform Oracle/STS transactions</li><li>Work with Purchasing to resolve Purchase Order issues</li></ul></li></ul> Education and Experience: <ul><li>High School Education/GED</li><li>Experience with Oracle preferred but not required</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li></ul> Required Skills: <ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Basic computer skills</li></ul> All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
