This role involves working collaboratively with the production team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities: Repackage products according to specified guidelines and customer requirements. Accurately label products, ensuring all information is correct and legible. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor. Complete required documentation and logs accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills for counting and measuring. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around for long periods. Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools. Work Environment: The work is performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures and smells.

1st shift 7: 00AM to 3: 00PM   Special Packaging Job Summary:  Package rugs for special orders according to customer’s specifications. Re-work rugs that have been packaged or are incorrect. Helps the shipping department as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: 1)     Labels and or re-labels rugs. 2)     Bags and or un-bags rugs. 3)     Fills special order boxes and cages. 4)     Packages rugs according to specific specifications. 5)     Helps out shippers when needed (filling trucks etc.). 6)     Build pallets/display boxes/display cages. 7)     Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities: 1)     Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. 2)     Ability to get along with teammates. 3)     Ability to come to work for each scheduled shift.
