The Maintenance Manager will oversee the plant maintenance department by leading technicians, training personnel, administering eMaintenance CMMS, maintaining spares inventory, leading/maintaining projects, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and modifying mechanical, pneumatic and electrical equipment, including PLC, DCS and multiple systems. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing maintenance budgets, and improving equipment reliability to support operational performance and customer service objectives.
