For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Serving as an Agile Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager responsible for product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery planning for cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or enterprise software products; OR leading cross-functional Agile and DevSecOps teams to identify and remove delivery impediments, manage inter-team dependencies, and incorporate customer feedback into product decisions. Customer Service - developing and maintaining relationships with customers, anticipating and assessing the current and future information technology needs of customers, and developing or identifying information technology products or services that are tailored to meet customer needs.
