As a Packaging and Production Helper, you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Lifting, moving, and organizing trays of bread and rolls throughout the shift, with trays weighing up to 10 lbs.
	</li><li>Tagging and carefully packaging bread products according to production schedules, ensuring the correct shelf life labels are used.
	</li><li>Performing quality checks to confirm that every product meets sellability standards and is free from defects.
	</li><li>Assisting with machine setup, loading packaging bags, and tying products securely by hand.
	</li><li>Bending, stretching, and shaping bread rolls during the production process.
	</li><li>Supporting cross-training efforts and collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment to meet daily goals.

1st shift 7: 00AM to 3: 00PM   Special Packaging Job Summary:  Package rugs for special orders according to customer’s specifications. Re-work rugs that have been packaged or are incorrect. Helps the shipping department as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: 1)     Labels and or re-labels rugs. 2)     Bags and or un-bags rugs. 3)     Fills special order boxes and cages. 4)     Packages rugs according to specific specifications. 5)     Helps out shippers when needed (filling trucks etc.). 6)     Build pallets/display boxes/display cages. 7)     Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities: 1)     Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team. 2)     Ability to get along with teammates. 3)     Ability to come to work for each scheduled shift.
