Working in partnership with operational and organizational leadership, the BCBA Clinical Director helps implement clinical strategies, strengthen clinical workflows, support integrated care coordination, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable AHCCCS, BACB, Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners, health plan, and regulatory requirements. The BCBA Clinical Director provides direct supervision and support to Behavior Analyst Trainees (BATs) and other clinical staff, guiding clinical decision-making, treatment implementation, documentation, professional development, and performance.
