As we do so, we continue to support the Shelter Project, the company’s in-house compassion program that has been providing free cannabis oil to cancer patients since 2014.<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Physically package and label all of our products.</li><li>Perform QC label checks and report errors promptly.</li><li>Execute weekly packaging schedule as directed by the General Manager.</li><li>Carefully control all inventory moving through packaging stations, in compliance with state regulations and company policies.</li><li>Keep accurate counts of every product you package / label.</li><li>Assist other departments when asked, as needed.</li></ul><h4>Desired Skills and Experience:</h4><ul><li>1-2 years in a fast-paced retail or service environment (preferred).</li><li>Operational knowledge of packaging and labeling machines (preferred).</li></ul><h4>Minimum Requirements:</h4><ul><li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li><li>Ability to operate machinery and power tools.</li><li>Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Work in a fast paced, results oriented environment.</li></ul><h4>Benefits:</h4>We feel strongly that our employees do their best work when they don’t need to worry as much about some of life's biggest stressors.  Inventory Control Mover 
 Are you energized by a warehouse operations role that allows you to enhance your skills in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment? If so, this Inventory control mover role could be an exciting opportunity to explore. 
 As Inventory Control Mover 1 (ICM1), you will be responsible for the receipt, administration, control and management of inventory of raw and packaging materials. You will use a powered industrial truck (PIT) to perform all inventory moves. You will provide input to all data related to items purchased and used by the company. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: 
<ul><li> Complete daily stock transactions reconciliation to achieve targeted stock accuracy. </li><li> Check near expiry, orders for delivery, and status of goods in Quarantine and Manufacturing-Pro system. </li><li> Replenishment of material when items are low. </li><li> Use of erp systems to move inventory and control stock </li><li> Track all equipment to ensure they are in place and in compliance. </li><li> Ensure only clean and properly labeled materials are issued to production and that all rejected materials are properly disposed. </li><li> Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes. </li><li> Supply materials in the correct amounts and quality. </li><li> Conduct prompt data entry input for the receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw and packaging materials. </li><li> Maintain and promote a safe and compliant warehouse environment. </li><li> Be physically able to operate all PIT in warehouse safely. </li><li> Learn SAP system. </li><li> Continually develop skillset to get to level 2 ICM. </li><li> Must maintain good safety, conduct and attendance record. </li><li> Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations. This includes but not limited to site, quality and ehs SOP s. </li><li> Maintain company core values. Treat everyone with respect and dignity </li></ul> Basic Qualifications: <ul><li> We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: </li><li> High School diploma </li><li> Must have basic math skills </li><li> Must have reading and writing comprehension of the English language </li><li> Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results. </li><li> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li> If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: </li><li> 1 year of recent or consistent experience in a high energy, fast paced, cGMP warehouse or manufacturing environment. </li><li> SAP or WMS system experience </li><li> Self-starter/ Self motivated </li><li> Ability to work with little supervision. </li><li> Effective communicator using both oral and written skills used at all levels of the organization </li><li> Ability to influence others to achieve results. </li><li> Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to produce solutions to meet business needs. </li><li> Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) </li><li> Experience working in an FDA regulated environment </li><li> PIT experience or certifications </li><li> Continuous improvement knowledge of Lean warehousing. </li><li> Inventory control experience </li><li> Receiving/shipping experience </li></ul>
