Leave: 22 days of Annual Leave, 15 days of Sick Leave, 3 Personal Leave days, Leave Bank membership opportunities, 9 Holidays and a Winter Holiday break (5 days) observed between the Christmas and New Years Day holidays. Serves as a member of BCCC's collective bargaining team during negotiations, to develop negotiating strategy, prepare proposals, support negotiations in collaboration with Legal, HR and Operations, and ensure final CBA language aligns with BCCC goals.
