JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Spotting out-bound trucks into material load docks, ensuring dock-locks Reclaiming off-quality Unbonded Loosefill and refeeding the material to the forehearth Packaging operator placing bags on bagger equipment snouts ensuring proper packaging of finished goods material Performs general cleanup duties in designated areas (including, but not limited to, sweeping floor, blowing down the line/robot, cleaning break rooms, etc.). PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1 – 3 years manufacturing experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions Must possess strong communication and organizational skills Must have the ability to multi-task Must have strong internal and external customer service skills Must work well in team environment Must be able to work independently Must have to ability to do intermediate mathematical calculations
