During the first year of service, hired applicants will earn Paid Time Off in the form of Vacation and Flex PTO at the accrual rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, earning a maximum of 40 hours of Vacation and 40 hours of Flex PTO, for a combined maximum total of 80 hours.
