Performs general painting and plastering work, including but not limited to, mixing paint; sanding, caulking and otherwise preparingsurfaces for painting; painting building interiors and exteriors, cabinetry and other customer features; striping parking lots and ball courts; and removing graffiti from property. Operates a variety of equipment, such as a two-way radio, telephone, paint sprayers, generators, sand blaster, belt sanders, pressure washer, hopper gun, various brushes and general painting tools, respirator, power tools, hand tools, etc.
