The Engineer III, or IV - Energy Storage Application Engineer - Electrical role is an electrical engineering position within Engineering Services that provides early-stage design creation and technical support to Utility Scale Battery Storage Projects through design phase, procurement, construction and commissioning stages of projects. Lead technical evaluations and due diligence for battery energy storage technologies, systems, equipment, and vendors, including feasibility assessments, technology comparisons, preliminary system sizing and engineering calculations, site-specific considerations, and identification of technical risks to support design development, technical discussions, and project decision-making.
