Assists and coordinate with outside counsel in preparation of cases for trial or regulatory hearings by drafting and preparing: pre-trial orders, instructions to the jury, requests Voir Dire of jurors, jury investigations, witnesses and exhibit lists, pre-hearing motions, subpoena witnesses, summarize depositions, transcript pleading boards, attorney trial notebooks, expert witness notebooks, discovery, background materials, document indexes and lists . Assists with closings of transactions including, circulating closing documents to all parties, preparing, obtaining, and organizing required closing certificates and legal documents for pre-closing, attending closing and coordinating document handling, and upon closing, organizing closing documents for transcript and coordinating transmission to appropriate parties .
