The Paralegal supports WHC Energy Services’ Legal and Contracts function, with a primary focus on contract administration support, commercial risk support, claims management support, and legal documentation support across construction and energy infrastructure projects. The Paralegal will support the preparation, review, organization, and tracking of contracts and related commercial documents in a high-volume, project-based environment, as well as support claims management across the business.
