El Reno is a full-service municipal corporation that provides water, wastewater, solid waste, library, police, fire, EMS, pool, golf course, airport, senior citizen center, community center, and parks and recreation services, including a rodeo arena and RV park. The elected governing board members of the City Council also serve as the Trustees of the El Reno Municipal Authority, El Reno Airpark Authority Advisory Board, El Reno Development Authority, El Reno Hospital Authority and El Reno Recreation Authority Advisory Board.
