Work Experience • Demonstrated competency for Administering 12 lead EKG, point of Care Testing, C-spine immobilization, Foley catheter initiation, maintenance, and removal, Peripheral IV starts, lab draws, maintenance, and removal, and Application of orthopedic splinting devices. • Preferred - Two years of experience Education • High school diploma or GED • Preferred - Associates degree Specialized Knowledge and Skills • A knowledge and understanding of medical terminology, some pathophysiology and anatomy, and basic math.
