Ensure projects are consistent, predictable, and repeatable by actively participating in partnering efforts across TDOT disciplines, resource agencies, design consultants, and the construction industry to provide for consistently high levels of achievement, mitigation of risk, and an established track record of success. Lead multidisciplinary Project Teams within a matrix organization to define project vision, scope, schedule, budget, and quality for resurfacing, safety, traffic technology, legislatively authorized, and Economic Development Projects having a low to moderate degree risk to the Department.
