We take pride in delivering clean, precise, and high-quality striping services that enhance safety and appearance.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Position Overview:</strong></div><div>We are seeking a dependable and hardworking <strong>Parking Lot Striping Technician</strong> to join our team. This role involves applying pavement markings, layout work, and assisting with asphalt maintenance projects. Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Apply paint and thermoplastic striping to parking lots, roadways, and warehouses.</li><li>Perform layout measurements and mark parking stalls, ADA spaces, fire lanes, and directional arrows.</li><li>Operate striping machines, blowers, grinders, and other equipment.</li><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning and minor crack sealing.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and traffic control guidelines.</li><li>Load/unload materials and maintain tools and equipment.</li><li>Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.<br/><br/></li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Valid driver’s license (required).</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to follow layout measurements.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed.</li><li>Previous experience in striping, construction, or pavement maintenance is a requirement. <br/><br/></li></ul><div><strong>Work Schedule:<br/>This job is a seasonal position with the potential to be full time if you wanted to work in our security division as well kind of a hybrid position. </strong></div><div><br/></div><div><strong>How to Apply:</strong></div><div>Submit your resume or a brief description of your work experience to supervisors@onpointprotectionagency.com or call 919-851-5700 for more information.<br/><br/></div><div>If you’re motivated, dependable, and ready to build a career in pavement maintenance, we’d love to hear from you!</div>
