Our services include asphalt and concrete paving, pavement markings, asphalt seal coating crack filling, and more. At Straight Edge, we do what it takes to complete the mission on a daily basis. This is a full-time position working Monday - Saturday and sometimes working at night and weekends will be required. So flexibility is key.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Pay Rate of $14-$25 hr is based on skill set & experience.</li><li>A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.</li><li>You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.</li><li>You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 80lbs).</li><li>Ability to work well independently unsupervised.</li><li>Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.</li><li>An Engineering educational background is an asset.</li><li>Experience in line striping and/or pavement repair is an asset.</li><li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.</li><li>Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.</li><li>Ability to handle physical workload.</li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented.</li><li>Show initiative and willingness to learn.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Benefits:</strong></div><ul><li>Competitive wages and a flexible working schedule.</li><li>A challenging, fun atmosphere with a great team.</li><li>Training opportunities and advancement within the company.</li><li>A ground floor opportunity with a significant enhancement for the right person.</li><li>Incentives based on team performance.</li></ul><div><br/>Straight Edge is committed to diversity in its workforce and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
