Equipment Maintenance and Support: Maintain parking enforcement vehicles, tools, and equipment, provide basic vehicle assistance (e.g., jump-starts, tire air), work cross-functionally with internal teams and external venfors on parking-related projects, and handle customer interactions and controntational situations prefessionally and fairly. Operational Coordination: Coordinate parking operations, including visitor parking requests, block-offs, valet key management, flyer distribution, and inventory control (e.g., boots, citations, signage, and block-off items).
