JOB DESCRIPTIONJoin us at Margaritaville Island Hotel, where the spirit of the tropics meets a laid-back paradise. We are currently looking for a vibrant Valet Parking Attendant to join our team.  This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' experiences start off on the right foot by providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive. If you are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests, this job is for you.  RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at our establishment </li><li>Direct guests on parking and the check-in process </li><li>Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have. This may include luggage             retrieval or delivery to their room </li><li>Safely and responsibly handle guest vehicles, including parking and retrieval </li><li>Utilize manual transmission vehicles for parking when necessary </li><li>Majority of shifts are standing and does include walking </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull up to 200lbs </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking areas </li><li>Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences </li></ul>EXPERIENCE <ul><li>Prior experience in customer service or guest services roles is preferred </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members </li><li>Familiarity with valet parking procedures is advantageous </li><li>Bilingual skills are beneficial for interacting with a diverse clientele </li><li>Experience as a delivery driver is a bonus </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude </li></ul>Job Type: Full-time / Part-time     Pay: Hourly + tips average $23        Expected Hours: 35 – 40 weekly  QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Driver’s License </li><li>Minimum age: 18 </li><li>Shifts Avg 8 – 10 hours </li><li>Day, Night and Weekend Availability </li></ul>BENEFITS<ul><li>Employee Discount </li><li>Flexible Schedule </li><li>Paid Time Off (FT Employee) </li><li>Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (FT Employee) </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Daily Tip Out</li></ul>
