Job Summary:The Valet Parking Attendant will welcome guests, and park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely. Supervisory Responsibilities:<ul><li> </li></ul> Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests to the hotel and offer professional services. </li><li>Accommodate guests by opening all doors and assisting with luggage or other items.</li><li>Direct traffic in the parking area as needed.</li><li>Operate guests' vehicles safely.</li><li>Keep an organized record of tickets and keys assigned to each vehicle/guest.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are parked safely and securely. </li><li>Inspect vehicles upon arrival for existing damage and document as necessary. </li><li>Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies, services and resolve occupants' complaints.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul> Required Skills & Abilities:<ul><li style="text-align:justify">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Exceptional driving skills when transporting guests' vehicle to secure parking location. Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Adapts to varying weather conditions, traffic patterns, and customer demands. Can quickly adjust to changes in work schedules or tasks.</li></ul> Education & Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in relevant field is strongly preferred. </li><li>Proven safe driver, with a clean driving record.
