Responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, such as the lobby, operating laundry services, performing routine property inspections, addressing basic maintenance needs, and conducting security rounds to ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and the property. Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders for things like light bulbs, door locks, replacing tiles, plunging toilets, unclogging sinks, and other maintenance responsibilities.
