A highly organized and proactive OCM Analyst who excels at stakeholder engagement, change communications, training coordination, readiness tracking, and adoption management, with the ability to bridge business users and project teams to ensure successful organizational change and process adoption. This is a blended role: roughly half your time is organizational change management (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption) and half is business analysis (requirements, process mapping, documentation, and turning workshop output into clear, client-ready artifacts).
