Working in a collaborative team environment, this role serves as a key liaison between commercial clients, lending officers, and internal bank departments to ensure exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Knowledge of business unit’s functional areas, such as documentation and processing requirements within Trust administration, corporate lending, commercial/residential real estate lending, or private banking.
