The Pittsburgh Paints Company is looking for a motivated Part-Time Field Sales Representative to grow our Glidden business within a Home Depot territory. In this role, you’ll work directly with contractors, DIY customers, and Home Depot teams to increase product sales and expand business in your territory. You will work onsite in the Miami, Florida territory and report to the Regional Manager.  Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Generate new business by engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers in Home Depot stores  </li></ul><ul><li>Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership and associates  </li></ul><ul><li>Train store teams on Glidden and Olympic paint products  </li></ul><ul><li>Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts within your territory  </li></ul><ul><li>Use CRM tools to track activity and manage your territory  </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred  </li></ul><ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record  </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li></ul><ul><li>Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred  </li></ul><ul><li>Bilingual - English/Spanish Preferred </li></ul>The starting hourly rate for this position is $17 with incentives.  Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future). This includes H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visas).

Provide Resident Service Coordinator-level services, including handling inquiries, assisting residents, and directing all association-related matters to the management office.

Provides superior customer service to the guests of the building upon their arrival and departure.  The Valet parks the vehicle in the appropriate space as well as retrieve the vehicle in a timely manner.<div>This is a dual-role position in which the Valet Attendant will park up to 20 vehicles per day, with valet responsibilities accounting for approximately 25% of the role. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions<ul><li>Provide Resident Service Coordinator-level services, including handling inquiries, assisting residents, and directing all association-related matters to the management office.</li><li>Receive, log, and properly distribute all packages and deliveries in accordance with community procedures, ensuring timely resident notification and accurate record-keeping.</li><li>Greet guests as vehicle approach the entry.</li><li>Maintain the “key” control system and assure that all keys are locked at all times. Maintain count of all keys in your area including cabinet boxes. Valet office must be locked at all times when not present.</li><li>Direct all contractors to parking spaces designated for contractors, service vendors, delivery trucks, etc.</li><li>Maintain order and control the vehicles in the parking lot by:</li><li>Keep front area clean and neat. Pick up litter from parking lot, entrance area (swept as needed) ashtrays kept clean, and front door free of fingerprints and dirt, entry directory and booth glass.</li><li>Keep memos, Log books, records, etc., in order and updated at all times (Recreation room, warning violations, Cabana, etc.)</li><li>Be familiar with “Post Orders” (Gate House procedures) from the Security personnel as you must coordinate with them to relieve them for breaks.</li><li>Follow all “receiving” policies and procedures without any exceptions. Follow all procedures regarding packages/correspondence delivered to the community for residences. All phone calls made to residents should be clear and in a professional manner.</li><li>Direct all inquiries regarding all Association affairs to the management office.</li><li>Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations that are notice at any time.</li><li>Report any and all maintenance items which include, but not limited to, burned out lights, leaks, broken equipment to the Association office daily.</li><li>Receive all telephone calls in a professional manner utilizing proper phone etiquette.</li><li>Maintain the valet office area in a professional and a presentable condition.</li><li>Control the service elevator keys on move ins/outs and deliveries</li><li>Control the valet carts where they are and who are using them. Must be locked at all times.</li><li>Follow all standards policies and procedures with regards to emergency response by coordinating with Management, Chief Engineer, or Fire Rescue / Police services.</li><li>Be familiar with the fire alarm system operations and report all incidents to management.</li></ul>Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis position maybe full time or part time. Days and hours of work will be determined at the property.  This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.Work EnvironmentThis position works outdoors and is exposed to the outside climate, year-round.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
