As a Restorative Nurse, you will carry out designated restorative programs with identified residents, which may include: Provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and support to Restorative Aides, helping ensure restorative programs are carried out consistently, safely, and in accordance with established plans of care. In this role, you'll work closely with residents, rehabilitation professionals, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized restorative nursing programs designed to maintain or improve each resident's highest level of function.
