Common patient populations include individuals recovering from stroke, amputation, cancer and its treatments, ventricular assist device implantation, prolonged hospitalization, and solid organ transplantation, including heart, lung, kidney, and multi-organ transplants. As a member of our collaborative, patient-centered care team, you will work alongside Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians, nurses, care coordinators, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
