Multidisciplinary team may include some or all of the following services: physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, transplant coordinators, pharmacists, physical therapy, occupational therapy, respiratory therapists, pediatric pain team, bridges team, dieticians, case manager, social workers, chaplains, child life specialists, and school teachers. Individuals may be admitted for the following services: Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, post op care of surgical oncology, supportive care related to oncology treatments and diseases, and stem cell transplantation (autologous, allogeneic, matched unrelated donor, peripheral stem cell or cord blood).
