Lead and manage outsourced delivery teams - architects, engineers, cost consultants, third-party project managers and PMO teams, general contractors, and vendors (furniture, moves, EGD, art), holding them accountable to design intent, budget, and schedule commitments, while resolving project-level issues as they arise. Experience with project management software, construction documentation platforms, and enterprise procurement and financial systems (e.g., Oracle ERP or comparable), with proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and collaboration tools such as Slack and Teams.
