This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including administrative responsibilities with general office tasks in a fast-paced professional engineering firm. What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Purchase and manage furniture, general office equipment, supplies, etc. </li><li>Perform general reception, mailroom, and support services duties </li><li>Assist with coordination and scheduling of travel arrangements </li><li>Prepare, format and quality check documents such as reports, spreadsheets, fee proposal letters, memos, minutes, etc., using Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Assist the regional business leader in assessing facilities, IS, phone, supplies, or other employee-related needs for the office </li><li>Monitor the office's budget and the office's administrative costs in a proactive manner </li><li>Implement cost reduction measures in cooperation with the regional business leader </li><li>Assists with coordinating, set-up, and take-down of office events/meetings, including brown bags, webinars, and video conferences </li><li>Create and route sign-up sheets and evaluations for training events </li><li>Coordinate with HR Business Partner regarding learning and professional development needs or registration for events </li><li>Act as a liaison with building managers and regional and corporate staff, and gather information for the regional business leader related to budgeting and contracting for facilities, support services, etc. at the office level </li></ul>What You BringRequired Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of administrative experience </li><li>Excellent grammar, spelling, and overall communication skills, both written and verbal </li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point) </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field </li><li>Experience with Bluebeam </li><li>Previous experience in the engineering/construction industry </li></ul>What We OfferWe foster an environment where talented professionals have the freedom and support to do their most meaningful work. Responsible for exercises sound credit decisions within specified limits and referring loan applications outside those limits to underwriting or committee for approval. Backs-up other CU positions.<div><ul><li>Business Development – Prepares oral presentations of credit union loans and deposit products to employee groups, both members and nonmembers, for the purpose of creating a higher awareness of the Credit Union’s benefits. </li><li>Loan Origination – MSR/LO Executes consumer and personal loan processes independently. LO Originates secondary mortgage loan applications to produce accurate good faith estimates as a part of a team under general direction and guidance. </li><li>Credit Analysis - The LO is responsible for determining application and disclosure schedule and documentation, AVM/Appraisal review, Title, Flood, and resolution of irregularities.</li></ul></div><div>The Credit Union Member Service Representative/Loan Officer position is scheduled to work 30 hours per week.
