Essential Functions: Application of the Nursing process to assess, plan and carry out interventions in the management of patient's care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team including medical providers, mental health/behavioral health providers, case management, dental, optometry, registered dieticians, clinical pharmacists, health educators etc. Under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care to a diverse patient population across the continuum of care.
