Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8 to 10 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Michigan PT License Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: - PT Experience (required) - Pediatric Experience (preferred, not scheduling with pediatric patients if not comfortable) - Acute Care Experience (highly preferred) Description: This position delegates responsibility to the Physical Therapist Assistant and Aides. Educates the patient, family, and/or caregiver regarding pathology or condition, patient alternatives, prognosis, and rationale for treatment through forms of rest, exercise, modalities, and other indicated interventions.
