Key Responsibilities• Assist service technicians, advisors, and retail customers at the parts counter• Process internal, retail, and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently• Develop, maintain, and grow wholesale accounts (body shops, repair facilities)• Proactively follow up on quotes, backorders, and open opportunities• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment• Maintain accurate inventory control and organization• Process returns, credits, and warranty parts per manufacturer guidelines• Communicate effectively with service and sales departments. This role is responsible for assisting internal and external customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
