Responsible for the operation of FM’s Technical Information Centers in Norwood, MA and West Glocester, RI which provide FM research scientists and engineers with a fully developed, state-of-the-art technical reference library, resources and information services. Drives adoption of modern information management capabilities, including enterprise search, content intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled discovery tools, to improve access to critical information resources.
