In addition, you will review treatment sheets, estimates, invoices, and charges for accuracy, identify discrepancies, assist with discharge preparation and patient releases, maintain ICU equipment and supplies, support pharmacy and laboratory operations when needed, provide patient husbandry and comfort care, follow sanitation and isolation protocols, and work collaboratively with the entire hospital team to deliver exceptional emergency and critical care services. Throughout the day, you will perform nursing assessments, monitor critically ill and injured patients, administer medications and intravenous fluids, manage constant rate infusions and blood transfusions, collect diagnostic samples, perform laboratory testing, and provide advanced nursing care under the direction of veterinarians.
