Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the Region’s procurement platform initiatives (identify platforms, register and maintain accounts, select appropriate categories, monitor email/solicitation details, coordinate with appropriate technical staff for go/no-go bid opportunities); Maintain and update internal opportunity tracking systems with accurate data, contacts, and pursuit status; Partner with regional operation leadership teams to facilitate the identification of target clients and market sectors and ensure appropriate bid notification coverage; Screen and distribute bid opportunities to appropriate senior service directors and practitioners; Partner with practitioners in developing pursuit plans and client outreach activities ahead of RFP release; Conduct research related to competitors/incumbents; past, current, and prospective markets; and relevant corporate experience; Conduct research on client organizations, regulatory drivers and funding indicators; Participate in Go/No-Go decision-making by providing relevant client intelligence and opportunity context; Conduct internal research highlighting positive performance metrics for use in proposals, qualifications, and other sales/marketing materials; Prepare summaries and reports on opportunity pipelines, client engagement metrics, and market trends; Perform special projects and related work as required. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business administration, data science, communications, or public relations with four (4) years or more progressive professional experience in marketing, sales operations, business development; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities of the position.
