Diagnoses may include, but are not limited to neurological disorders, deficits due to injury or surgery, developmental or acquired speech, language and swallowing disorders, hearing impairment, voice or fluency disorders, impaired cognition, sensorimotor deficits. Accurately maintain all patient documentation, including computerized documentation, and complete appropriate charging for evaluation, treatment and teaching.
