The role involves prolonged periods of sitting while completing case documentation, entering data, and conducting phone or virtual meetings, as well as frequent standing, walking, and traveling to client homes, schools, community agencies, or service providers. In certain programs, Spanish-English bilingual proficiency (or other bilingual proficiency) is required because the position provides direct services to program participants, a substantial portion of whom have limited English proficiency.
