The Manager oversees day-of-operation crew coverage, tracking, and recovery, builds and maintains crew pairings and schedules for the charter program, forecasts crew staffing needs, and leads the team responsible for this work while partnering closely with the Operations Control Center (OCC), Flight Operations, Inflight, Training, Charter Sales, and Finance. Acting as the Director of Operations’ designee for crew scheduling, this role ensures every flight is covered by legal, qualified, and rested crewmembers in compliance with 14 CFR Part 117, 14 CFR 121.467, the Operations Control Manual (OCM), Flight Operations Manual (FOM) and applicable Company work rules or labor agreements.
