At least 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically in kitchen cabinetry, custom millwork, or high-end residential kitchen/bath installation — general construction, superintendent, or corporate project-management experience without direct cabinetry/millwork/kitchen exposure will not be considered a match for this role. Strongly Preferred Familiarity with kitchen design software (2020 Design Live, Cyncly 2020, or similar) — you don't need to design, but you should be able to read a layout Experience coordinating punch lists and service calls after installationUnderstanding of MEP drawings as they relate to kitchen/millwork rough-ins.
