This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment, enjoys building and developing teams, and takes pride in delivering a welcoming and efficient retail experience for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do<ul><li>Oversee and manage day‑to‑day retail operations, including cafés, coffee service, and grab‑and‑go offerings, ensuring smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, leads, cashiers, and baristas, including scheduling, training, and performance management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain appropriate stock while controlling costs and minimizing waste.</li><li>Oversee cash handling procedures, POS systems, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.</li><li>Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards across all retail areas.</li><li>Collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to align retail offerings with guest needs, dietary considerations, and hospital initiatives.</li><li>Conduct regular rounds of retail spaces to engage with guests, resolve issues, and promote a positive dining experience.</li><li>Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of retail team members to build a strong, service‑focused culture.</li><li>Monitor labor and operational budgets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing special promotions, events, and seasonal offerings to enhance the retail experience.</li><li>Maintain accurate records related to inventory, staffing, and operational performance.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> What You Will Bring <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of food service, retail dining, or hospitality experience, including 1–2 years in leadership.</li><li>Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling, inventory, and POS systems.</li><li>Familiar with food safety standards; ServSafe® preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills</li><li>Guest-service focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.</li><li>Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.</li><li>Ability to pass background check and drug screen.</li></ul>  Physical and Sensory Requirements<ul><li>In this role, you will spend most of your time in offices, patient care areas, and meetings, but periodic kitchen visits are part of your oversight responsibilities. Therefore, this job involves occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and vibration may also occur in the kitchen area. The Parts Outfitter Associate manages inventory, assists customers with product selection, processes orders, and maintains a well-organized parts department. HOUR

The Parts Outfitter Associate is responsible for supporting customers, technicians, and internal teams by sourcing, organizing, and distributing RV parts and accessories. This role ensures the right parts are available at the right time, contributing directly to efficient service operations and a superior customer experience. The Parts Outfitter Associate manages inventory, assists customers with product selection, processes orders, and maintains a well-organized parts department. Pay target: $20 hourly.Key Objectives <ul><li>Quickly locate, source, and distribute parts for service jobs, customer orders, and inventory needs </li><li>Provide knowledgeable guidance to customers and staff regarding RV parts, accessories, and product compatibility </li><li>Maintain proper stock levels, ensure accurate counts, and support timely restocking </li></ul>Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist customers in selecting RV parts and accessories that fit their needs, usage, and budget </li><li>Support technicians by pulling requested parts, verifying compatibility, and ensuring timely delivery to the service bays </li><li>Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records </li><li>Organize parts shelves, storage areas, and displays for accessibility, cleanliness, and visual appeal </li><li>Process customer orders in person, by phone, and online, including quotes, invoices, and returns </li><li>Maintain knowledge of RV brands, systems, and commonly used components </li><li>Communicate with vendors to check availability, pricing, or track special orders </li><li>Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies </li><li>Provide recommendations on accessories, upgrades, and add-on products that enhance customer experience and increase sales </li></ul>What you’ll bring <ul><li>Ability to pass a background and drug test  </li><li>Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions  </li><li>Experience in RV parts, automotive parts, hardware retail, or a similar environment (preferred but not required) </li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills </li><li>Basic understanding of RV or vehicle systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance) </li><li>Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Comfort with computers and parts-management software </li><li>Attention to detail and willingness to learn the technical aspects of RV components </li><li>Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds</li><li>Must be able to work weekends </li></ul>Expected Results <ul><li>Accurate and timely delivery of parts to customers and technicians </li><li>Improved service workflow due to efficient parts management </li><li>High customer satisfaction through knowledgeable and friendly assistance </li><li>Reduced inventory errors, stockouts, and service delays </li><li>Well-organized parts department that supports efficient daily operations </li></ul>Resources <ul><li>Parts management and inventory software tools </li><li>Vendor catalogs, OEM parts guides, and technical reference materials </li><li>Support from purchasing, service, and customer service teams </li><li>Training on RV systems, product lines, and parts-management best practices </li><li>Organized storage areas, displays, and equipment for stocking and handling parts </li></ul>Who we are Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
