Crisis evaluations support patients and families in assessing the crisis and determining the next step and referral for treatment, including: Inpatient hospitalization, dual diagnosis services, Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS), outpatient services under the CBHC for adults and youth, and referrals to external agencies for other services. Individuals hired will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals includes licensed clinicians, Master’s level clinicians, certified peer specialists, patient resource navigators, nursing, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, medical physicians, and psychologists.
