The St. Theresa Extended Day Program (STEP) employee is responsible for providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students who remain at St. Theresa School after the regular school day. The Archdiocese of Chicago Catholic schools serve more than 40,000 students in 154 elementary and high schools in Cook and Lake counties.
