Champion use of Neuventive Improve campus-wide9.In collaboration with the Dean of the Center for Teaching & Learning provide guidance in the development of student learning outcomes, assessment plans, assessment methodologies, and improvement strategies.10.Manage institutional survey administration and analysis, including student, faculty, staff, alumni, and stakeholder surveys.11.Prepare institutional assessment and effectiveness reports that demonstrate evidence of continuous improvement and achievement of institutional goals.12.Chair the University Assessment Committee and promote assessment literacy and provide training and consultation to faculty and staff on assessment best practices. Data Analytics and Business Intelligence1.Lead the Universitys institutional analytics and business intelligence functions.2.Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators, and data visualizations that support executive decision-making.3.Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling related to enrollment, retention, persistence, graduation, student success, and resource allocation.4.Design and maintain reporting structures that provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to University leadership.
